All items if in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days with the customers chosen shipping method/provider. For same working day order processing all orders must be placed by 12pm. For any orders placed after 12pm the order will start the order processing stage of fulfillment and will be dispatched the following day. For any orders placed on non working days e.g. Weekends or National Holidays your order will be dispatched by DPD on the next working day proceeding the weekend/national holiday and delivery will be the following working day after dispatch. We do not accept any responsibility for any items which are damaged or go missing in transit. Any issues must  be reported directly to the customers chosen shipping provider by them in order to open a dispute with the provider. We do not accept responsibility for any delays, late arrival dates or failed deliveries due to external factors beyond our control. 

DPD Express Tracked Delivery (1-2 Working Days)

In some circumstances the following may occur; delays, late arrival dates or failed deliveries due to external factors beyond our control.  We do not accept any responsibility for any of the above factors impacting an order that may cause the order not to be delivered within the delivery time frame stated above. All delivery dates/times are estimates and may fluctuate due to many factors including weather, national holidays and time of the year etc.

An Post Standard Delivery (2-4 Working Days)

In some circumstances the following may occur; delays, late arrival dates or failed deliveries due to external factors beyond our control.  We do not accept any responsibility for any of the above factors impacting an order that may cause the order not to be delivered within the delivery time frame stated above. All delivery dates/times are estimates and may fluctuate due to many factors including weather, national holidays and time of the year etc. We will only replace any products which have been lost in transit, failed delivery or arrived damage if added shipping protection has been selected and purchased at checkout.

If the correct mobile phone number is provided at checkout you will receive SMS updates regarding delivery. DPD will contact you on the day of delivery by text to notify you of a one hour scheduled delivery window.
