We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs incurred are the customers sole responsibility.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover return shipping costs, all return costs are at the customers own expense unless otherwise advised.

Shipping/Delivery Fees 

All shipping/delivery fees are non refundable and any refund issued will be for the subtotal amount for the products purchased. The total amount refunded will exclude the delivery charge originally paid. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We DO NOT accept any liability for any accidental/user error damage caused to a product that renders the product inoperable/unrepairable. (E.g. Incorrect application of a screen protector which results in air bubbles/cracks or mishandling of the item during opening the order shipment/product packaging).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In order for us to deliver the new item requested in the exchange the customer is liable for the delivery fee. The delivery fee must be paid prior to your new item being shipped, if payment is not received your exchanged item will not be shipped until payment is made in full.

Cancellations/Return fees

Any orders that are cancelled before the order has been processed/shipped will incur a 3% restocking/cancellation fee. This charge is also applicable to all approved returns. The 3% restocking/cancellation fee will be automatically applied to the original order total and the refund amount issued will be net the restocking/cancellation fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Usually between 5-10 working days. We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your refund from your bank as when the refund is processed it is immediately sent from our accounts we are no longer in control of the funds being refunded. Please contact your bank for more information regarding any delays, issues etc.


All devices are covered by our six month limited warranty which covers any manufacturer faults. This warranty strictly DOES NOT cover any handsets with accidental damage, wear and tear or faults/damages caused by user error. Any devices that are presented with any signs of accidental damage are strictly not covered under our limited 6 month warranty. All handsets will be independently inspected by expert phone technicians who will diagnose any issues with the device. If upon inspection signs of internal accidental damage, user error, wear and tear are detected The Case Cave excludes itself from any liability for the repair costs, the handset’s warranty will be null and void. 

All devices are fully tested prior to sale. If the report we run on the device differs from the original report created upon purchase, verifies that any components, parts etc have been removed/replaced by any person/organisation other than The Case Cave, the limited warranty will be automatically null and void. Any software or network provider issues are strictly not covered under the limited warranty. 

Terms & Conditions: 

Return must be within 7 days for a full refund. Phone must be returned within 14 days for an exchange. The original phone, supplied accessories, box and contents must be returned in a resellable condition with no damage.
